As we have won the high priority in choosing the booth location this year, the venue floor plan for the summer show in the coming July is sent to us from xxx accordingly. The meeting for choosing the location will start from 10 a.m. on 6 May. Will you be in Hong Kong? Or will you arrange someone to attend the meeting ? If you wish, you may also make your decision by looking at the floor plan as per attached alternately. We will then send back the booth confirmation letter with your choice back to xxx by 5 May. At the same time, the organiser has reserved the corner booth (as shown in bold on the floor plan) for us, however, a surcharge of $2,359.53 will be required for this special location. In my opinion, I will just ignore the option. All we need is to reserve three connecting booths in L-shape which no surcharge will be applied. In fact, I would suggest to have a look at the scene prior to the final decision.
